Meet Dr. Holly Quimby Tremain, PsyD, LP

Dr. Holly Quimby Tremain, PsyD, LP, is the owner and director of Rochester Neuropsychology Services, PLLC. Rochester Neuropsychology Services offers comprehensive pediatric neuropsychological evaluations from infancy to young adulthood. Dr. Quimby Tremain also provides executive functioning coaching to adolescents and young adults and parenting groups to parents of children with ADHD. 

Dr. Quimby Tremain was born and raised in Rochester, Minnesota, where she currently lives with her husband. She enjoys being outside and active - she bikes, boats, and paddle boards during the warm months and snowboards through winter.


Education

  • Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Bethel University

  • Master of Science in Clinical and Counseling Health Psychology from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine

  • Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Widener University

  • Doctor of Psychology in Clinical Psychology from Widener University

  • 2-year Residency in Pediatric Neuropsychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, School of Medicine and Public Health.

Dr. Quimby Tremain has worked in various settings including hospitals, pediatric specialty clinics, public schools, and private practice. She focuses on identifying barriers that stand in the way of an individual’s success and offers practical solutions. Families leave her office with a comprehensive report that serves as a roadmap for their child’s future. 

Dr. Quimby Tremain has extensive experience evaluating clients from infancy through young adulthood. She commonly evaluates clients who have developmental delays, have sustained a brain injury, and/or are dealing with a complex medical condition.

Neuropsychological evaluations typically include a combination of parent interviews, paper and pencil assessment, and tasks on an iPad. 

Following evaluations, Dr. Quimby Tremain prepares a comprehensive, reader-friendly report. This report will include any relevant diagnosis and recommendations for intervention. 

Common recommendations for intervention include early intervention therapies like speech therapy, occupational therapy, or physical therapy. You may also be referred to additional medical specialists.
